  • Stencil alignment: checked in posture and movement so the piece sits naturally.

  • Surface routine: methodical cleaning between appointments, with barrier protection during work.

Why we started Nexalyx

Nexalyx Tattoo Studio opened in 2021 with a simple goal: make the studio experience feel methodical. Too many tattoo conversations stall in vague language—style names without placement decisions, or “we will see on the day” pricing that makes planning difficult.

We built a process where every appointment begins with a brief that turns an idea into clear decisions: scale, flow on the body, line weight, and the order of passes when a piece needs multiple sessions. The result is a calmer appointment day, and fewer surprises during healing.

That approach also helps with piercing. Placement is checked for anatomy and balance, jewellery is chosen with healing in mind, and aftercare is explained in practical steps you can follow without guesswork.

Mission

Single-use needles and barrier protection as standard.

Design restraint

Clean line hierarchy and spacing that ages well.

Team

A good result depends on the unglamorous details: stencil placement, line hierarchy, pacing, and aftercare. Each artist below has a defined focus so your brief matches the right hand.

Maya R.

Senior Tattoo Artist (Fine-line, Single-needle)

Maya has been tattooing since 2016, with a focus on clean single-needle lines and readable negative space. Her work leans toward botanical forms, minimal geometry, and small text pieces where spacing matters more than ornament.

She is known for placement checks that include movement—wrist rotation, shoulder roll, and relaxed posture—so the final stencil sits naturally.

Portfolio focus: fine-line botanicals, micro symbols, delicate lettering.

Elliot S.

Tattoo Artist (Colour, Illustrative, Saturation work)

Elliot has worked in colour-focused tattooing since 2015. His sessions are planned around contrast and longevity: a deliberate base pass, a controlled saturation pass, and a highlight pass when the piece benefits from it.

He prefers a two-session map for larger colour work to protect skin condition and keep edges crisp rather than rushed.

Portfolio focus: illustrative motifs, bold palettes, colour layering.

Nina P.

Piercer & Studio Safety Lead (Aftercare, Jewellery fitting)

Nina has handled piercing appointments since 2014 and oversees the studio’s hygiene routines. Her focus is careful placement, jewellery selection that supports healing, and a straightforward aftercare schedule that clients can follow consistently.

She is known for explaining what “normal” healing looks like and when to contact the studio for a check-in.

Portfolio focus: ear and facial piercings, jewellery consults, aftercare guidance.

Studio notes

We match each request to an artist based on style and execution needs. If a brief is better served by a multi-session plan, we will suggest that upfront rather than compressing the work into one long appointment.
